This split has been some years in the making actually.
Back in 2009 already the extreme doom metal outfit Bunkur was thinking about bringing their own versions of classic metal songs together with their equally insane Swiss outfit Mordor. With both of them operating on the very fringes of what every normal person would define as music you can expect both versions to be somewhat different from the original. In fact, you’ll find yourself hard pressed to actually recognize it if not for the title. Bunkur has taken the ever so subtle Carnivore’ with ‘ The Subhuman’ while Mordor has taken ‘In League with Satan’ , conveniently renamed to “In League with Wotan”.
