Even though this is their debut album, the band sounds somewhat familiar. If that's a good or a bad thing, that’s for you to decide. It sounds like a band you can hang out and party with, even if you haven’t heard them before.
Their sound is melodic punk with a touch of pop mixed in between. For the moment, nothing that stands out too much, but a good party band. A band that definitely can get the crowd going. Also, they kind of remind me of Less Than Jake, but then without the Ska influences. World War Me’s logo also reminds me of theirs. My Chemical Romance is also a band that pops up when hearing World War Me. So again, a good party band, a good opening band, but no unique elements that make them who they are.
