In any country you have the big names & organisations then you got a big set of smaller organisations. Below that, most things fly under the radar for those not well connected or not local. And therefore are completely unknown to people outside the region. This is also the case for Tinnitus Metal Radio. 

This radio is born in a medialab environement of Quindo. A small belgian radio station in Kortrijk, Belgium. They run on 150 people dedicating their time voluntarely. This particular show Tinnitus Metal Radio runs each 2 weeks for about an hour.
